Easter Full of Flavors at Villa Fitz

Celebrate the spring holidays where tradition meets modern gastronomy. From Green Thursday to Easter Monday (April 2–6), we have prepared a special menu for you, filled with the colors, aromas, and flavors of awakening nature.

What can you look forward to?

  • Starters: Delicate veal terrine with Foie Gras or our homemade sourdough bread with egg and fresh cress.
  • Soup: Fragrant wild garlic cream soup with crispy pancetta.
  • Main courses: Spring classics such as herb-roasted lamb shoulder, rabbit “in black sauce” with potato gnocchi, or a hearty stuffed chicken wing from Loužná farm.
  • Sweet finale: Our signature “Mini Fitz mazanec” with egg yolk cream and refreshing sour cream ice cream. 🐣
