Miroslav Kubec, President of the Association of Chefs and Confectioners of the Czech Republic since 2005, is one of the most respected figures in Czech gastronomy. Throughout his career, he has served as executive chef in prestigious establishments such as the InterContinental Hotel in Prague and the Grandhotel Pupp in Karlovy Vary. He has cooked for renowned personalities including Presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama, Václav Havel, and the Rolling Stones.
He now brings his extensive experience and passion for culinary excellence to Hotel Villa Fitz, where he will ensure the continued high standard of gastronomy. At his side will be young talent Petr Smetana, whose background includes work in Michelin Guide-awarded restaurants. Together, they promise guests an unforgettable dining experience.
