HOW LONG IS THE VOUCHER VALID?
A value gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue. This gives you plenty of time to redeem your purchased voucher with us.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE VOUCHER?
You can pay online, by bank transfer, or in person (in cash or by card).
After payment, the voucher will be sent to your email in electronic form.
CAN I GIVE THE VOUCHER AS A GIFT?
Yes, you can gift the voucher to anyone and add a personal dedication on it.
HOW DO I REDEEM THE VOUCHER?
Each voucher has a unique code. You can book your stay or service (wellness, restaurant) directly with us—online, by email, or by phone—and simply provide the voucher code at the time of booking. The price of your stay or service will be reduced by the value of the voucher.
The voucher must be used in a single transaction. Any unused balance cannot be refunded.
WHO AM I ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH?
When purchasing a value gift voucher, you are entering into a contract directly with us. This means that no intermediary is involved in the process, and we receive 100% of the paid amount.
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR THE VOUCHER?
No, the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can any compensation be claimed for it. We recommend using the full value of the voucher, as unused amounts are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
